Shipping, returns, privacy & terms

Shipping

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days of receiving your Google review link (see order confirmation steps).
• Currently shipping within [the United States]. Email us before ordering if you need delivery elsewhere.
• Flat shipping of $4.99 per order, charged at checkout — same rate regardless of quantity.
• Tracking is emailed automatically once your order leaves for delivery.

Returns & warranty

• If your stand arrives damaged or the NFC chip doesn't read, email fixaoperations@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
• Because each card's QR code and NFC chip are programmed to your specific review link before shipping, unopened/undamaged units can be returned for a refund within 14 days; units already programmed and shipped are not eligible for refund, only replacement if defective.
• The NFC chip is covered by a [1-year] replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, email, and the Google review link you send us. Payment is processed directly by Stripe — ReviewTap Stands never sees or stores your card details. We don't sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's required to ship your order (our shipping carrier) and process payment (Stripe). Contact fixaoperations@gmail.com to request your data be deleted.

Terms of sale

By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any shipping shown at checkout. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; minor variation in card color or finish between batches may occur. Our stands are sold as a physical link to a review page you control — we don't manage, edit, or have access to the reviews themselves, and we don't guarantee any specific number or rate of reviews. All sales are subject to the return policy above.
